Do I have to complete the course in the time you suggest?
We totally get that you are busy and that life gets in the way sometimes. You are not alone there. That is why we have created all our courses available so that you can work at your own pace. We want you to enjoy the sessions, not feel rushed to view them - so please, visit each session when the time is right for you. With our 7 day courses you have 30 days access and 6 week courses you have 3 months access. The courses are designed so they flow over the time scale suggested, but if it takes you longer that is no problem at all.
What devices can I do your courses on?
You will find your course dashboard extremely easy to navigate and use. Our Course Player (where you watch your video sessions) is fully mobile responsive so you will be able to take your courses on the go from any phone, tablet, or computer!
What support will you give me?
One of the things we find works so well is the interaction and support we offer in our Facebook Group. It's a private community so only those on the course have access to the group, meaning anything you ask is confidential and won't be shared outside of the group (what happens in the Facebook group, stays in the Facebook group :) ) As well as the support founder Tammy Parnell offers, the other course members are a fabulous source of help too, so jump right in, you'll no doubt be able to help someone in there too. We will also be including some guest expert lives in this group in 2022.
Do your weight loss courses involve calorie counting?
No, we hate diets and our courses are not 'diet' plans. These courses train your mind to love the foods that nurture your body and reject ones that don't.
Will the weight stay off if I do your weight loss course?
The courses contain powerful hypnosis recordings which, if you listen to as recommended, will curb your cravings so you won't want to make the choices that don't work for your body. To maintain weight loss takes an ongoing commitment to put your own health and body needs first and to continue to make healthy choices. If you do this, the weight will stay off. What does hypnotherapy feel like?
It is very relaxing. It will feel like you are having a chat with your eyes closed! You will be awake and alert, just very relaxed! You have already experienced the same natural hypnotic state you would experience in a session; anytime you are engrossed in a tv show, if you find yourself driving home on autopilot or whilst reading a book.
Is hypnosis safe?
Absolutely! You enter hypnosis with a deep relaxation technique and your exit is safe, controlled and relaxed at all times. You are in complete control and cannot be made to do anything you don't want to do.
I'm a vegetarian/have allergies/am diabetic, is this programme still going to work for me?
Yes, there is absolutely no specific restrictive diet plans so you can adapt it around your specific needs.
